''High Tech Methods Only''
By Joseph E. Nicholls
Format:Paperback
This
book explains about the sex selection history in the past and present
and about three high tech methods, which includes the Erisson Method,
PGD, and the Microsort method. So, if you want to go the high tech route
on choosing the sex of your child this book may be for you, but you can
also look up these methods over the internet for FREE.
If you want a good sex selection book I
recemmend "How to Choose the sex of your baby" by Dr. Shettles. It talks
about all the high tech and low tech methods. I bought both of these
books and that one was the best.

We
were looking for something a bit more detailed on the Shettles Method
and got more of an overview of the various sex-selection methods, most
of which were clinical. While I laugh at myself for thinking that we can
determine our babies gender with diet, cycle tracking, and various
other methods, I also think it can't hurt. At the same time, we weren't
at all interested in clinical methods because of the cost, time, and
because more than anything, we want a healthy baby... it would just be
nice to have at least one girl in the house other than me! So! If you're
looking for something to help you understand the available methods of
sex-selection, this book is great. However, if you're looking for
something that will help you increase your chances of one gender over
another, I'd try a different book.
''Great Information and more''
By J. Pedowitz
Format:Paperback
I
really loved this book! This book provides the technical data one needs
when making decisions about sex selection. However, the best part of
this book is the emphasis and helpful advice on discussions (the many
discussions) one has with family, friends and physicans. Weiss does an
excellent job of aiding the reader with talking points for a variety of
people the reader might encounter. She also does an excellent job of
freeing the reader from thinking that he or she has to talk about it at
all or defend it. Weiss reminds the reader that she is control and when
you are surrounded by experts and an unlimited supply of medical jargon,
it is liberating for someone to remind you of that!
